Privacy policy
Last updated 2 September 2026
This policy explains what information Campfyre collects when you use campfyre.co, subscribe to the newsletter, or join a course, community, or coaching programme, and how that information is used.
01What we collect
When you subscribe to the newsletter we collect your email address. When you contact us, request a community invite, or join a waitlist, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, and message.
Like most websites we also collect basic technical information such as your browser type, approximate location, and the pages you visit, using privacy-respecting analytics.
02How we use it
We use your email address to send you the newsletter and, where you have asked for it, updates about courses, the community, and coaching. We use contact details to reply to you. We use analytics to understand what is useful and improve the site.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
03Email and unsubscribing
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can stop receiving emails at any time, and you can also ask us to delete your address entirely by writing to hello@campfyre.co.
04Services we rely on
We use third-party providers to send email, host the website, and process payments for paid programmes. They only receive the information needed to provide their service and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
05Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies needed for it to work and for anonymous analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.
06Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@campfyre.co and we will respond within 30 days.
07Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way we will note the new date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, tell subscribers by email.
